Why are these earrings so freakin cute?

The owner of this store is kinda an earring addict and loves cute earrings. She can’t wear them all obviously so she opened a website for your benefit. Your welcome.

How do I choose just one pair?

You don’t have to. You can buy them all if you wish! We won’t stop you!

What will these earrings look like on me?

Hmm, that is a tough one. There are theories that certain types of earrings look better on specific face shapes, but none of that is scientifically proven. Our suggestion is that you follow your instincts. If a pair of earrings looks super cute to you, and you really like them, then it is meant to be. However, if you are unsure about the size of the earrings and want a photo of them on someone, let us know and we’ll snap a photo and send it to you.

How does my product arrive?

Your earrings will be gift boxed and sent to you in a cardboard box filled with happiness as shown:

 

How long will it take to get my order?

We will send your package within 1-2 business days of your order. Domestic shipping is through USPS and typically takes 2-5 days. International orders will vary. 

Where is my package already? Girls night is this week.

We will send you a notification when your package is sent. All orders will include a tracking number, and you can visit https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input to see where your package is. If that doesn’t help, send us an e-mail at customercare@myretroearring.com

Where do our earrings come from?

That's a secret. But the majority of our earrings are preloved. We believe recycling is good for the earth. There are hundreds of thousands or millions of abandoned lonely earrings out there that are beautiful and need to be loved, and shown off and you have the pretty ears to display them. It should go without saying that we sanitize and clean our earrings. 

Can I trust you with my credit card info?

Our website is run through the platform Shopify. When you make a payment with your debit or credit card, it goes directly through their payment software. You can also make your payment through Paypal. Whichever you choose, we don’t see any of your payment information, ever.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. If you return your earrings within that time frame, we will offer a full refund. However, please send us an e-mail before shipping back to us so we know what went wrong! Also, know that your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To return your product, you should mail your product to: My Retro Earring P.O. Box 312 Pooler Georgia US 31322. Let us know by e-mail it’s on its way, and please include a tracking number so it doesn’t get lost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 7-10 business days.
